ABSTRACT
The use of environmentally unfriendly fertilizers causes land degradation. Therefore, the product innovation “Jakatik” which is a biofertilizer of probiotic perennial lucky mushroom from waste materials is produced. However, there is a need for a business strategy in its development. The purpose of this research is mapping with the Triple Layer Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) and making sustainable decisions using the Plus Minus Implication Analysis (PMIA) method. The research method used is descriptive and analytical method. The results showed that TLBMC mapping showed strengthening in the economic layer. The social layer does not yet include Social Culture and Social Impact elements because there is no specific responsibility to the community and limited social impact. PMIA analysis shows the highest value in the economic layer (114), which means that it is necessary to strengthen the business of the liquid fertilizer innovation product “Jakatik”.
